Therapy & Mentoring for Neurodiversity
Many neurodiverse young people and adults spend years feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed or exhausted by environments that do not fully support the way they think and experience the world.
Therapy may support you in:
• managing overwhelm and burnout
• developing self-understanding and self-acceptance
• strengthening confidence and emotional resilience
• navigating academic or professional pressures, such as UCAS Personal Statements, exam pressure
• processing earlier experiences of feeling unsupported or misunderstood
My experience mentoring neurodiverse students across UK universities informs both the relational and practical aspects of this work.
