Humanistic Integrative Counsellor/ Psychotherapist  and Mentor

I am a London-based British South Asian female counsellor, psychotherapist and mentor,  working with young people and adults both in the UK and internationally.

My practice is grounded in humanistic and integrative psychotherapy, meaning that I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to support each individual’s unique needs and experiences.

I have accumulated over 1,000 therapeutic hours working with more than 100 clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties and identity-related challenges.

Alongside my psychotherapy practice, I have over four decades of experience working in education, mentoring and international development. I continue to support neurodiverse students and professionals through specialist career and education mentoring.

My background in psychology and social anthropology has shaped my understanding of how culture, identity, relationships and social context influence emotional wellbeing.
