Cross-Cultural Identity Therapy
Many individuals live between cultures, languages or systems of expectation.
While this can bring richness and perspective, it can also create tension, uncertainty or a feeling of not fully belonging anywhere.
Therapy can provide a space to explore:
• identity and belonging
• family and cultural expectations
• migration and relocation
• balancing multiple roles or values
• questions of selfhood and authenticity
My academic background from the London School of Economics and Political Science and my international experience continue to inform this aspect of my work.
